The Rain Clan have always lived in harmony with the great open plains, the beautiful rolling hills and bluffs, the winding streams with tangled growth.  To us, this is home. Connected to the spirit of the Earth, we do not think of nature as "wild."  Mother Earth is bountiful and we are surrounded with the blessings of the Great Spirit.

My Great-Grandmother passed on to me a collection of herbal recipes handed down through the generations of our people, the Mdewakanton Dakota.

Each ingredient grew naturally on our Minnesota lands and had been given a purpose by Mother Earth. I am proud to share these indigenous formulations with all people of all nations and I invite you to be part of the Rain Clan.
