My Great-Grandmother passed on to me a collection of herbal recipes handed down through the generations of our people, the Mdewakanton Dakota.

Each ingredient grew wild on our Minnesota lands and had been given a purpose by Mother Earth. I am proud to share these indigenous formulations with all people of all nations and I invite you to be part of the Rain Clan.
